 Can U make fixed saddlebags removable?

I Have fixed suzie leather saddlebags on my C50T and was wondering if anyone knew a way to make them a quickly removable set?

You can make any bags quickly removable with the right hardware.

There are some commercial devices available and I made my own from brackets that hold the back of a sofa to the seat. (pics are in another thread)
