Hey guys, I'm looking for some nice turn signals for my Marauder. I don't like how far out the factory signals stick and i would like some lower profile ones. Preferably with clear lenses too. Anyone have any suggestions? Cheers.

Ebay is about the best bet,if you put clear lens on dont forget to get the replacement chrome or amber bulbs.(chrome ones are best that flash amber)

Yeah, I've checked ebay but I'm not sure which ones truly do fit. There are a lot that SAY they'll fit but I'm not too sure. I have chrome turn signal bulbs in by car too.

Another question. What is everyone's opinion on turn signal shape? Round like stock, oval or rectangular?

You could loose normal indicators all together and put some stick on led strips on, I will have a look about and see what I can find as it is hard to imagine what I mean

Hi Jambo &
Because the bike has so many curves, I just prefer the round ones. But just my personal preference. I suspect you have an even bigger choice of after market parts in the good ole US of A. Just do a search on Ebay.com for VZ800, or Marauder, or Intruder, and you'll find WAY more than on a search of UK Ebay. So much so that many members on here have bought stuff from your country instead. I know I did with a sissy bar I bought (and still have to fit Embarassed ). Even after paying the horrible import duties it was worth it! Good luck with your search Wink

I agree, Round on these bikes.
I would get some kind of cover on the radiator before you get a leak from road shite propelled from your tyre at speed.

i think of it this way round headlight so round indicators go with it how about changeing the headlight to a differnt shape and getting turn signals to complement it or match it maybe change the rear brake light aswell theres loads out there i quite like cat eye shape turn signals you could allways go black if you want all the best in finding what your happy with and getting your bike looking the way you want it

I agree, I think round would look best. I can't really find any good ones though, even on Ebay.

maybe just by adding some bits you may get what you want, How about this for an idea. Add some visors and grill to your existing indicators.

They do look really cool and I've looked at them a few times Only thing that puts me off is the size of them, coz they ain't big and noticeable
Pose value........
practicality value ....... :what1:

But then again biking isn't over safe to start with so stick your arm out if need be

They are a very nice bit of bling. I think out of all the intruders, they would suit the new style m800 best.

So I know how to replace the rear turn signals with after market ones, but how do you replace the front ones?
