 Another use for tax disc holders, C800 Exhaust mod!

After completing Bluesman's mod on the exhaust - the ends looked like this:

To make them look less altered and tidier I bought 2 of these:

Then I removed the alloy outside rim which fits exactly inside the pipe end. I tested it on a calor gas flame. fire pasted one into each pipe end and finally sprayed with HT black paint:

Now from behind it looks a bit more factory finished. I'd been looking for something to do the job when I chanced on the tax disc holders in a shop. That'll do nicely I thought. Job finished! Very Happy
