| Hoping someone can help. I have a 94 VS 800 Intruder that I cannot get the rear brake cable off the hub. Not sure how. I removed the adjuster nut but I don't know how to get the cable holder out of it's retainer to get the hub off. Anyone know if there is a video that can help me. | |

| Just had a look at a cable on ebay, they look like the should just slide out, it's probably just stuck together over time? spray some wd40 on it and try twisting it with pliers. | |

According to the picture on Ebay, I have to disconnect the cable all the way back to the foot pedal just to get it off the hub. That means alot of other parts have to come off just to get it off the hub.

| Is there any way to put pics on here? I have a picture of what I am trying to take off, but don't know how to add a pic. | |

you need to use photo bucket, create an account then upload your photo to photo bucket, then right click on the img code then paste it into the box you type here.

| Or if it is from a web page just right click on the image & left click on "copy image location" then click on the little photo image that you can see above the posting box where you normally write stuff and put the link into that and it will display the photo. | |
