| What's the best way to clean White Wall tyre's? I've just been out for a quick half hour, and my tyre's look like I've rode through a farmers field | |

| I don't know what the official way is but I always used to use a lightly bristled circular cleaning brush. I used to spray the white walls with neat "Pro cleaner", which is just is a bit "Muc Off". Then I would let that sit for a minute then lightly scrub it with the bristle brush. I would then put a bit of "Fairy liquid" on my brush & then scrub the tyres lightly with that, then wash off. Sounds like hard work but it would only take a couple of minutes. | |

| I spoke to a guy a while ago that used to use white trainer cleaner after he had cleaned his wheels, that was a car tho but worth remembering | |

| I had someone ask me if I do that with a bottle of "white dap cleaner" the other month & had forgotten about it but it could be of use in certain circumstances. | |

| If they are genuine white walls then try WD40 on a rag and wipe round and then wipe off, its a little trick from my scootering days !!! note; use sparingly for obvious reasons. Jim. | |

| I can see that working as WD or similar products are good at cleaning shit off. However I would be to worried about it eventual bleeding into an area larger than it was first applied or intended to be applied because I'm a clumsy sod. The way I ride at times it could spell the end of me if I had a slip up. Good tip though if done with caution. Mr Intruder PS Those Scooters look the dogs bollox of scooters. | |
