| So polished stainless steel, is this as good as chrome, or will it tarnish or look out of place? | |

| Polished stainless steel isn't quite as shiny as chrome but can be shiny, The fork covers on your bike are polished stainless steel so it wouldn't look out of place either,if anything I'd guess it was more hard wearing than chrome due to it's ability to stay rust free, the rad cover is in a exposed position too, so Stainless would be a good option. | |

| Hi guy's, am looking at the rad cover that Mr I recomended to Arron, 1.2mm stainless steel @ £36- & wonder what the jury think about it? Any thoughts are appreciated & it's a price I can afford! | |

| I just think at those prices you cant go to far wrong. Could be shit quality and in a worst case scenario it only lasts a couple of seasons but in a better one it could last for years. You pays your money and you takes your chances with cheap stuff. just keep it well protected and it could be fine, let shit sit on it and it will go down hill fast I would think | |

| They were my thoughts CC exactly & it would not get too much wet on it as I'm not a wet lover as spending my younger years travelling to work 6 days a week in all weathers & suffering for it has marked me for life I may just send for it & be damned to do it & damned not to do it I feel Being between a rock & a hard place as they say is'nt new to me I'm afraid when trying to make a decision. Bugger it, I'll do it & order it | |
