| Hi.
The Fi2000 POWRPRO was delivered today, and I could not wait to install it. The installation went smooth and took about 15-20min.
My bike is a 2007 M800 with stock airfilter and V&H Cruzers with homemade quiet baffles. The PAIR valve is removed.
I have only been for a quick ride around town, so final testing will come later.
First thing I noticed was that the bike seemed much easier to get going from a standstill, before it would bog down a little at start, but not anymore. The throttle is more responsive and then engine just seems more willing to rotate.
Pickup from 80km/t in fifth gear seems quicker too.
My opinion so far is that this unit is worth the money for the smoothness it brings to the engine.
I look forward to getting an air filter with more flow, to unleash a bit more power.
I'm not allowed to post pictures yet, so they will come later.
Regards Kim | |

| Yesterday a friend and I drove around for 4-5 hours, and I'm still very happy about the POWRPRO. Before we took of I placed some washers between the airbox cover and the airbox, allowing the filter to draw more air. I don't think it did much though, and I'm wondering if the quiet baffles I made might be too restrictive, or the original filter element is, or maybe I'm just in the "more want more" zone Bottom line, I'm more and more statisfied with my bike. One thing I keep noticing is that I always try to up shift when crusing in 5 gear, so the final drive mod might be in my near future. | |

| Well pleased to read your happy with the Power Pro, it goes without saying really, they are the best. The stock filter will draw very little additional air by doing that, change the air filter to a K&N or a higher flowing filter. That'll make the difference that you'll notice with you setup if combined with higher output exhausts. | |

Glad your more satisfied with the bike now What sort of speeds are you cruising at? I have the VS1400 drive fitted to my bike and usually change up to 5th gear at around 65-70 mph.

I think the V&H´s are free flowing enough , and I hope my Uni-filter foam shows up this week, so I can do the "naked jugs" mod, and gain a better flowing air intake.

When cruising around town I like to be in the highest possible gear, and usually lets it rip from 50-60km/h in 5th gear, unless I´m in a hurry where I downshift. The V&H´s just sound so cool when accelerating from low revs When doing from 70-80km/h and up, I would like to drop the revs a bit, and as I do about 35km each way to work on the highway at 110km/t, it would be worth the effort to do the mod.

| Herre are some pics. Removing the tank bracket made it easy to route the wires underneath. | |

| Would this be the best unit to buy? I've got the cobra exhaust and a k&n. I'm looking at the fuel return personally. Would like to be around the 150 miles at least. Thanks Simbo for my other post mate | |

I've got this unit fitted to my bike, Although it's a good unit and "I" would recommend it, (due to it's ease of installation and ability to "auto tune" to whatever set up your using?) I wouldn't say it does a better job than a correctly set up cheaper version or equivalent, I'm also not sure a fuel processor will give you added mpg you're looking for, If anything? I'd say it would slightly reduce your mpg because your bike will be running lean in it's current form and the processor will add more fuel to the fuel/air mixture to make for correct running, I have the same bike as yourself with a similar set up regarding pipes and filter and usually return anywhere between 110 to 170 to the tank depending on riding conditions and generosity of my right hand?.

| Hi.
It's a very good unit and as you also mentioned very easy to install.
I think you can get the same performance from a dyno tuned unit, but for me it would be more expensive.
The Powerpro was £366 delivered, and the other alternative I looked at was the Healtech FI tuner, which cost £175 + £265 for the dyno tuning.
You could choose one of the cheaper Cobra units, and tune it yourself one the road, but I like the install and forget approach of the powerpro.
I get a bit less than 20km/l with mixed driving.
