| Hi Andrew, Like the black & chrome look going on with your M800 .... very tidy ! Also glad you are enjoying the difference after your ZZR. I've ridden all sorts, but I really like the Suzuki 800 twin - it just a good honest twin - period ... & I like twins ! Yam | |

| Thanks for all of your very kind comments guys, as I'm new to the cruiser scene I am really enjoying personalizing my M800, I do have one question for you more`seasoned` guys, how the hell do hide all of your new purchases from the misses? if my lovely wife finds out what I've spent so far (never mind what I have got planned ) she will have my nuts on a plate , just won't cut it All suggestions will be gratefully accepted and used in a pathetic attempt to cover my :moon: Andrew | |

| Good advice Sim ... " I've had that for ages but never put it on the bike until now " - sneaky but effective ! Another way is ........ I tend to pick an accessory that I don't really want, then wait for Sarah to say " I don't like that - this one would look better " ...... Job done - its her choice then, even though that's the one I would have chosen anyway ! ( reverse psychology ... never fails ! ) | |

| to the 'I've had it ages' or I bought it ages ago, but ain't got around to fitting it' - Could be embellished with - cos I've been doing the decorating/garden/washing your car .... but ALWAYS end the sentence with DEAR ! Like Sim's concept of having parts delivered to another address ...... real 'cloak & dagger' stuff going on there. Fitting parts when 'errin goes out is always the best policy. When you do get 'caught out' you need to remember YOU are the person in the WRONG ! ..... and must consequently face some kind of 'punishment' ! OR ........ The braver amongst you may wish to try - its my bike, my money & my hobby, now get back to the kitchen & make me a brew ! ........ if the brew is not forthcoming I would suggest a nice LONG test ride to 'try out' the newly fitted parts (even if they might only be cosmetic parts). Returning at dusk usually ensure the Status Quo' has been restored ! ....... This latter strategy is to be taken at your own risk, some bikers have reported 'problems' when trying it out ! | |

| Thanks guys I never realized what a DEVIOUS lot you are , I don't think I could lie to my beloved, don't get me wrong, the deception doesn't worry me, its the being caught that scares the shit out of me , my wife is a New Zealander and the Kiwi women know seriously twisted ways to hurt you. You guys are a lot braver than I am Andy | |
