Haven't been able to log in to IntruderAlert.com for a couple of weeks so I thought I'd check Google for other Suzuki 800 websites.

(I hope IA didn't lock me out. That would hurt my feelings.)

Glad to find another Suzuki 800 website, even if it's way across the pond...hope I'm not too much of an Intruder...

Welcome on board OldCoot - you're more than welcome here (although you'll probably get a bit of ribbing).  Never heard of intruderalert - just tried them & the site won't open, so guessing it's a site fault, rather than something you've done to upset them !!!

Sounds like a part of the Pussycats song 'Missisipi'  'When we'll be back in Greenville again....'

Oldcoot My brother lived in Greer. He worked at Camper World on I-25  in Spartenburg. I pulled mine out there couple of years ago and we spent 4 day riding the BlueRidge, Rode over the Smokies into Gatlinburg.TN. We rode from Lake Laure into Ashville. Beautiful ride. Missed the Tail of the  Dragon. Wish I had rode it while I was there. He has since moved back to Texas.

We just moved down here a month ago from Hendersonville, North Carolina, due to some health issues. I've been producing a website called BlueRidgeTravelGuide.com for the past five years. It has lists of good places to eat and sleep and fun things to see and do. It also has maps with info on some great Blue Ridge Mountain roads. (I don't think you missed anything...Tail of the Dragon is way over rated... but that depends on what you're interested in seeing and doing while riding.)
