I have belly pan fitted to my GSX and due to its location, its inevitable that its got some stone chips on it, so I thought what can I do about it. I have seen a product called 'Venture Shield' which looks very good but its expensive as it looks like its cut to templates specifically for your bike.
Anyway I have stumbled upon a product called 'Rhino Hide' and for a 300mm x 100mm strip its £2, from what I can gather it was originally designed to cover the leading edge of Helicopter Rotors, so I have ordered some, we shall see what its like when it arrives.

Its just 3M wrapping! works but starts to shred after 3 years, still cheaper than a respray. my bm bonnet and bumpers look undamaged. look on ebay for vinyl wrap its a lot cheaper

My SV had some sort of clear stickers over the impact area's on the belly pan behind the wheel (about 3"x1") almost invisible, but they did good job in protecting the paintwork, hopefully this is similar stuff? quite a few cars have it on the lower rear arches these days I've noticed  Suspect
