I need to remove the radiator - when I refill it, is there an air bleed screw in the system, or do you just leave the rad cap off & run it up to temperature?

Just fill the rad, then run it up to temperature with cap fitted then topped it up when I stopped the engine. That's what I did. Had no bother at all.

Fill it really slowly to avoid airlocks and like Mick said  Bleeding The Radiator 3498837457
