| Put some cheap grips on the bike. Before: After: Not impressed with the quality for 3 reasons.1. They bolted the throttle rest on wrong so had to remove it and realign it. 2. After installing the grip, the throttle wouldnt move freely. Turned out to be leftover rubber stuck inside during manufacturing so had to scrape it out. 3. When i finally thought it was all done, i put a bit of pressure (not much at all) on the grip after it had locked out on full throttle, and the rubber split away from the rest of the grip. So had to pull the plastic tube from inside the grip itself, cover the lot in superglue and shoved it back in. You basically have the chrome outer, the rubber bumps and then a plastic tube (which the throttle cables hook onto) sandwiching it all together. The whole thing was only held together with the smallest bit of shitty glue. They look and feel nice though so will see how it goes. For £12 odd i can't expect much. Despite the shortcomings i'd still recommend, as Kuryaken ones are £80 odd Number 4: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/361342763222?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&var=630685340665&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT | |

| Sorry to hear you've had a few minor problems but for £12- you can't expect Kuryakyn quality. When I fitted mine I had no problems at all as I'd prepped the grips before hand by removing any excess rubber/plastic etc already & I made sure the throttle tube/twistgrip was freely moving in the housing. | |

| Yea probably should have checked first. Just assumed i could throw them on and enjoy. That said just had a ride with them on and they are very comfy and look cool. My glue job seems to have worked just fine, probably stronger than from the factory now. To install the left grip i used hair spray with a small ring of super glue as extra support. 2 hours later and it was on solid | |

| I had the left grip 'twist' while on holiday last year & as you simply super glued it back on & it's been the only problem I've had, oh & the glue they sent me was hard in the box before it got here! | |

| Eazy you are the first member that has complained about these cheapo Chinese grips. Moving the throttle boss into your personally required position is neither here nor there, most people would find mine wrong for them as well. mine are set for cruising at high-ish speeds. My my complaint is that I actually paid for proper Kuryakyn grips, when there was cheapo grips like this available. | |

My my complaint is that I actually paid for proper Kuryakyn grips, when there was cheapo grips like this available. It was worth mentioning considering the boss was upside down | |
