| hi all,
i recently bought a 2005 vz800 (my first ever bike). however it was slightly damaged , majority has bee sorted but the frame was a little dented and bent. if i buy a vl800 frame from 2003 will all my parts move over ok or will they be a different shape?
thanks steve | |

| Tough call, I'd say yes but I'd double and treble check first, different part numbers but not sure what the differences could be? | |

| This is the fiche for the VZ 800, this is the fiche for the VL 800. The part numbers are very similar, but not identical - I'd say they look the same. I'd be inclined to print both of them out & compare them side by side.
If you're still looking for a mudguard, there's this one on ebay at the moment. I have one off an '01 Volusia, but I'm not sure how that'd look | |
