Simple enough to swap over when I need to. I think it instantly improves the look of my bike though, and also people won't pester me for lifts so often. :)

Thanks to the members on this site who gave advice on where to buy, and how to fit.

Looking good Joe,my only problem with the look on the new "M" is the headlight cowl.

Yeah, I think a lot of people are divided on the headlight cowl alfie. I personally like it, not that I dislike the classic round headlight either. If I was going to change it, I would much prefer a twin headlight mod.

I am divided on a couple of things with the new M, I don't like the headlight cowl & I ain't keen on the rear when the pillion seat is fitted BUT,,,,,, I think the rear looks great with the seat cowl fitted.

I think part of the thinking behind the new M800 headlight is to deflect wind in the absence of a screen - correct me if I'm wrong.

It feels like it might deflect a bit of wind, and it does feel better than my old marauder, but nowhere near as good as a short screen.
