| Hello all, the time has come to ask you guys for your help. I have a 2001 VZ800 Marauder and i'm planning for some time some visual mods:
- Auxiliary lights (done)
- a long rear fender, think that make the bike bigger and fat
- a 40cm ape hanger, believe it or not, for comfort and style, off course.
I already bought the ape, the 7cm risers and the last step is to measure my actual lines (throttle, brakes, etc) so i can buy new ones. I've looked on ebay and i have many alternatives. The assembly of the lines is what scares me the most, but with calm, i think it will be ok. In desperation, i assemble the original lines, ehehe. The other step is the rear fender. I've search a lot in this forum and the most useful thread that i found was this one, dead in Apr 2013. ( https://www.suzuki800.com/t2332-replacement-rear-fender?highlight=change+fender). Can someone confirm if the rear fender from a c800 intruder fits my bike? The other alternative that i have is this one that i think it will give more work to fit and more expensive, because i've found C800 fender for 60€+-: http://www.iguanacustom.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=244&products_id=5120 Do i really have to change the frame? I will keep the 2nd seat. Thanks in advance for the help. I will post photos when i change every thing.

| I'll decline on the ape bars mate but there is a thread on here from when Mr Intruder fitted some.
Regarding the fender, I'm almost certain that it won't fit the VZ800 unless you're going to change the whole back end, lights etc.

I will change everything on the back, i only don't know if the measurements of the c800 rear fender will fit. Going to search a little bit more.
