 Hello from St Vincent & The Grenadines / Carb problem

Im having problems with my VS800 rear carb, It's running on the front cylinder only. Fuel is present, spark is present. Carb was cleaned and adjusted.
The bike will run no problem and start no problem, but when you pull off the rear lead it makes no differance.
Any help would be appreciated.
