PostSubject: Some of my toys....   Wed Nov 29, 2017 1:19 pm

Just joined last week and thought I would introduce my mob of bikes, well some of them, the best ones including the newly restored VS800 bobber style.  In order below - 1994 VS800 completely stripped and rebuilt this year in a bobber style. 2003 Mv Agusta F4 750 EVO3 owned 12 years. 2007 Mv Agusta Brutale 910, owned 4 years. Honda VFR800 pre Vtec 1998 owned in the family since new (was my dads, he went to a Harley) as new condition SS system through out 20k miles. Honda MBX 125FE 1983, chassis restoration awaiting paint during winter on 9k miles since new full power 23hp version with period Micron exhaust, original pipe behind. I hope you like my collection so far, I will post a few more up another time, not as interesting though. Cheers, Chris

Cheers John, its one of those situations where I have had many bikes over the years and wish I had held onto some of them, so I decided 10 or so years ago I would try to keep my favourites and not let them go, I must admit I let a restored YZ125 1991 go last year that I loved, for shear eye candy, that went due to an offer I could not refuse. Also a highly tuned XJR1300 but that made way for the Brutale, I am hoping not to sell another and just add to the collection in the future......here is the YZ, what a peach, boohoo.

Thanks Guys, Do you know what Ardie the VFR IS a great bike, its a pre Vtec and 20 years old next year and its faultless, I use it for 2 up riding with the wife, I have found myself riding it solo more and more during the summer months, its smooth, fast, tractable, and sounds superb with the pipe and as comfortable as anything I have ever ridden. It also has huge sentimental value as it was my dads bike from new, he retired last year and went over to a HD Fat Bob, suits his riding style. I have spent time on it last winter, replaced all fluids, exhaust system for stainless, all pads and general look over, its as good as the day it was born, and lucky never to have seen rain! I am Sure one day it will be a classic.

Thanks John, The VS has been a great build, so much fun and always had candy apple green in mind to finish it off. Its a little loud for my liking but makes some of the character of it. Now its finished I will store it until I can ride it next summer.
