BANG !!. That was the sound of me hitting a brick wall. Bloody thing refuses to start.
Checked timing TWICE RF/FF/T on stator, both cams arrows facing front and level with head. Got spark, fuel and compression but no smiles. Gave it a squirt into the carbs with easystart out of frustration, all it did was pop and bang. 
Now I would say timing. But according to the manual its correct.
Need to sit in a dark room for a few days.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
