Official bike specification

Hi, im trying to import my bike VS800 1996 from Ireland to Serbia, but bikes logbook is missing a lot of data.
So now they asking me to provide some sort of official paper stating all bike specs (max axial load, power, cc's etc), something like CoC document (i know they started issuing it in 2000)
I tried contacting my local suppliers but nobody can issue that sort of paper.
They say that they can accept also official bike catalog.
Vin number starts with VS52A, and they accept only A version spec.
Does anybody have that catalog or know some supplier who can issue full bike specs?

Have you tried googling for the bike specs?

I did, but internet is still not an official source of information, they are looking for something with a stamp pretty much
