| Hi all, I just wanted to know if anyone has fitted M800 cast wheels to a C800 which has spoked wheels at all? I like the look & would like to fit the cast wheels possibly if I could but do not know if it's possible so if anyone out there in Intruder land has done this then i'd love to hear from you ok? Also is it possible to fit a second disc to the C800 at all? Possibly like they did on the early Triumph Tridents by fitting one of the same offside legs into the nearside fork assembly so they had fore & aft calipers? My C800 is a 2010 reg one for your information. | |

| Not sure on the second disk but I know Dave (Mr Intruder) will know but he also has plans to fit some cast wheel in place of his spoked ones this coming winter. He has said in the past that the rear wheel is a straight swap but the front needs to have some axel spacers made up which when given the dimensions is rather easy I believe. I think I recall him saying that there was another very minor adjustment needed on the front, I think it was with how the hoses run but I am not sure. Apparently it is a easy change over for the right person. Anyone else got any know how here? | |

| Thanks Cap'. I'm sure now you mention it that I may have seen something now & not realised it in a previous postt somewhere on the forum. I think the other thing that needs minor attention is the speedo sensor or such? I'm definitely thinking about this mod anyway as I've always preferred cast wheels over spokes, pity they don't do them for my Velocette Venom  . | |

| Thinking of doing this mod while i have some money from my e-bay sales. I have some wheels on consideration I may add. Has anybody tried this yet or am I still the only one apart from Mr Intruder thinking of it? Any thoughts or advice on the axle spacers & speedo' sensor would be gratefully recieved. | |

| I like the M800 wheels on the M800 and I like the C800C wheels which I think would look great on them all but I am not 100% sure if the M800 wheels would look that great or not on the C800. Would be great for cleaning having the M800 wheels but just not convinced if it would be great to look at or not. Seeing a lovely chromed wheel on the C800 is what I expect and what looks ace. Everyones opinions may differ tho | |

| When i obtain them I'll strip them & get them powder coated bright silver so they at least emulate the chrome ones. I may ask a local wheel refurb company if they do a chrome look or not. Least I have a friend who will do the machining for me on his Myford Lathe. | |

| Have you thought about the C800c wheels Peter? They'd be a straight swap for the spoked wheels. | |

| I do not know where some folk get there info guys but that one will be on my mind for hours to come! Seriously has anyone heard of M800's having wheel ovallity problems because I've never seen anything written down & don't think I ever will & as for it being caused by no oil, well I ask you what planet is this guy on eh??? NUMPTY or what??? | |

| The guys a cock. There is no oil in or on the rear wheel in anyway & if anything within spitting difference ran out of oil it would not make the rear wheel go oval. What a tosser, I love people that think they are clever than they are Reminds me of the rear crash bar issue that Mr Intruder (Dave) said wasnt an issue and was right about. And the particular fuel injection modules only being ok on certain bikes that Mr Intruder (Dave) said was wrong and he was right about as well. Don't listen to these cocks peter
