What I found with this mod is that you must make a template first, the things to look out for are
1: any interference when forks fully depressed. 2: If you have a crash bar fitted check for clearance on full lock. The sizes are good for my fitment but make a template first save yourself time, the material I used was 6mm clear plastic,20mm x 20mm ali angle and 50mm/70mm jubilee clips.I got the angle from B&Q £5. 6mm clear plastic surplus material railway,(old advert cover)jubilee clips 10 for £2.61 Toolstation.Cheap mod thanks to Grob (ippikin)

Excellent job done Alfie M50 Lowers 3498837457
I went to make some for mine the other day but couldn't as I have next to no clearance between my forks and crash bars M50 Lowers 880307
