| sorry crash, youre right my apologies! I went to the US site you suggested to me. Really really easy mod with fantastic instructions. If anyone wants the full instructions I will scan and post. Going to get the other kit to remove the PAIR thing on the other side. Just need to get the £180 together to get the FI tuner pro (fuel management thing). | |

That'll be great cheers And I gotta say I love the "Nekkid Jugs" looks fabulous, was it expensive? Why on earth Mr Suzuki wanted to hide all that chrome is beyond me

| $87 (£54 the day I ordered). so so so easy, $32 of that was postage. Def going to do the other side soon, get the intruder as nekkid as possible. | |

| Looking good Collo I agree with Crash, it would be great if you could put the instructions on I really like the Nekkid jugs look, I think after seeing yours this will be my next mod where did you get it from & where are you getting the pair valve removal kit from? | |

| I was thinking of pair removal too if only to eliminate the backfire I notice on downshifting. Not sure if that will cure it so I'm still on the fence. I found this site. Might be of interest
PAIR removal & more | |

| Great link Farmboy They give a great set of A-Z instructions and pictures on the site provided by Farnboy below LinkI too would like to get rid of the backfire, aftermarket exhausts always seem to have back fire. My other Suzuki's had to have the pair valve disabled to get rid of it as well | |

| Sound's great and the response is soooo much better, however went to get on yesterday and looks like I may have a leak somewhere. Got a friend coming round to have a look tonight. chap even came up and asked me if it was a 1300!!!! I was oer the moon with that. The gear indicator is adds a little modern touch which I like as well.
Will let you know what the leak is!! not removed the PAIR valve yet!!
Do you know when the bike is due for an MOT will I need to put the original exhaust back on?? hopefully not the air filter!!!

| Best thing to do is go around to a few of the local mot stations on your bike and simply ask them if they have an issue with the exhaust for the mot. some will say Fek off mate are you avin a laugth & others will say if you aint then I aint. problem with mot testers is that they are all vary so much in what they will ar will not allow | |

| You've have probably just knocked a breather tube or something like that when installing the filter under the tank (lets hope) | |

No rush for that really I suppose. visibly its only a small box and the benifits of removing it are only that it takes away pop & minor back fire I think from what I have read.
