| The only thing missing is some blue colour caused by overheat near piston. But it is not easy to put this pipe to 600 degrees. | |

| That's one fine looking conversion - if Suzuki turned them out like that, they would sell even more! | |

| The forwards is just a CAD model yet . It is not my idea. I have seen it on WALZ HARDCORE bikes. Like one which is belong to Kimi Raikkonen . ICEMAN 2. I done the model which should work with M800. Now I am waiting for the price to manufacture it. | |

| Yes BigMal. I used Plastidip black paint for body parts and orange for tyres strip. This is rubber paint, you can peel it off . check this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8zGCMSWl6g | |

| Honestly... ? I could not wait longer. Weather here is so nice now, and my bike was still off the road. That is why it looks a bit unfinished. First, rear fender. I tried to mould few of them, using resin and some fabric. But nothing works as I want. I want to have fender close to the tyre keeping suspension fully working. Then rear light should be blend into it. I am thinking to change those two chrome holders (rail) for something looking more match. Reg plate holder need to be finished. That what is there is only a model. Made by plywood. To finished forward controls as I showed on previous image ( only CAD model) and all those metal parts, I need CNC and engineers. Most what I found said "It will cost a lot, and we dont have a time to stop production for one set." And new shape for saddle. I am afraid that all project might be finished for next season. What is done: 1. front, rear lowered 2" 2. black mate finished paint 3. wide tyre on the back Night Dragon 200 (I might do same with front) 4. Power commander III 5. custom exhoust - hand made stainless steel, half painted (ceramic) 6. hypercharger 7. custom radiator cover ( made by me not finished yet) 8. new light: rear - modified x-wing led, front J.W. Speaker with HD visor, Kellermann indicators rear and front with new relay. 9. I hide all wires into handle bar 10. Up side down mirrors, some custom levers 11. Cosmetic things like strip on tyres, bolts on wheels etc. | |
