| My M50(2012) seems to only have limited adjustment. I seem to be missing something, so does any one have any advice on this? I need a bit more toe room for some adventure boots, but don't want to have to lift my foot to change down. I cannot see any reference to this in either the service manual or owners manual. | |

| You can easily move the gear shift to give you a larger area under it. However it is impossible gain area under it without having to lift your foot higher to change down through the gears. | |

| You won't get that much difference just using the adjuster, I moved mine by taking the whole lever off the cog and putting it back on at a different angle.
You may want to look into getting a heel-toe shifter, then you wouldn't have to worry about your new boots fitting under the lever. | |
