| I saw a post somewhere about moving the headlight forward on my C50 Lehman trike. I want to move it out so it is even with the Bat Wing Fairing. If anyone could help me I would be Texas Proud. I am on several C800 sites and I can't find it . Thank You Dave | |

| Just had a look at mine, And where the headlight bracket attaches to the bottom fork yolk you could make a square bracket to move the headlight forward easy enough, It would have to be about 2" by 2" then re drilled with four holes, two to re-attach the bracket to the bottom yolk then two for the headlight bucket, that would give a forward movement of about 2 inches. I'd suggest a walk round a local building site and pick up a scaffold shim, They're about 3mm thick and about 4" x 4" and quite usable for making things like this. | |

Yeah I was looking at mine again. It want be as hard as I first thought. It needs to come up about an Inch and onehalf and forward 2-3 inches. Do you think thick Aluminum would be strong enough. Thanks Dave

Yeah I would have thought so at 3 mm thick or above,(anything less and you might have a vibration issue) I'd just do a visual check on it every now and then for cracks or fractures where it's been bent or drilled.

| I have some aluminum plate about 3mm. I can cut it and use double are triple thickness. I may try that. Dave | |

| I would have thought 3mm will be fine for such a bracket, after all the size of bracket required is only a couple of inches. | |
