| On Monday afternoon the good wife and myself went a wee run to Greenock for a coffee and ended up watching a navy boat on a wee exercise. When I got home i tottally de-badged the bike and will get some more pics up soon.[img] [/img][img] [/img][img] [/img] | |

| Although Greenock is only ten miles from home , we took the long way round covering about forty miles on B roads. I count myself lucky that my wife loves going out on the bike, considering the M800 is the only bike she has been on . I must point out that until a couple of years ago she thought all bikes were noisy dangerous things .

| How do you find those handlebar muffs Ross? I'm after getting some for my other bike. with regards room and taking the wind off your hands, would I be able to ride with summer gloves with those fitted coz I like to have plenty of feedback through my hands on the bike, with winter gloves and under gloves I've got none at the moment :what1: | |

| Thats what I did Sim. The moment I put the muffs on my bike when I was riding in the freezing weather, I down graded to a thinner and more comfy glove. The difference they make is unreal. | |

Get them off Ebay, I wouldn't think you'd need them in your warmer climate Tex. | |

| It can be quite cold in this part of Texas from Nov until middle April. It was 32F this morning. We have 2 seasons Winter and Summer. Both in the same week. In early May it can be 65 one day and 105 the next. We have a saying about weather here if don't like the weather just wait a few hours and it will change. | |

| The "oven mitts" i got off ebay and are really good, easy to reach the buttons and levers, think they were around £30 but worth every penny.I have been out for a couple of hours in 1 degrees temp with summer gloves on and hands got cold eventually but not painfully so.I went for them because of the way they are fitted .when you take your hands out the mitt remains open so its easy to re-insert without drama. | |
