PostSubject: grip warmers.   grip warmers. Icon_minitimeSat Jun 01, 2013 9:31 pm

I have a cheap grip warmer set an have extended the wires so it fits my 2012m50.
Now the clutch side goes on the handle bar after it has been wrapped with tape. No probs.
The right side has the sleeve for the cables so I am presuming that is what I stick the heater elements on.
This leads to the question of whether I can remove the outer part to change grips, as I have some coming.
I think the new grips come with the sleeve so I might be better off waiting, but in the mean time my grips are off as I don't want the hassle of putting them on and taking them off again. The warmers are from motorader. The grips from ebay like Marcins. Ideas anyone?

I have the same grips as you've ordered, They do come already fitted to the sleeve for the throttle side, so I'm not sure it would be possible to fit the heated elements under the grips as they're a very tight fit to the sleeve? good luck though, where there's a will there's a way.
