Cut down stock exhaust.

A biker friend of mine bought a Bonneville last year - still barely run in. I mentioned to him last week that the local dealer has Intruders for £5829. He came towards me today waving a VZ800 owners handbook. He has put the Bonnie in part ex and picks up the M800 on Thursday. Must have been something I said! Good job I didn't say they had some great deals on mopeds . I will see if I can get him to come on board once he has the bike.

Anyway, I told him I could whack a hole up the middle of the pipes for him but he's already talking about having the stock mufflers sawn down - there's a local engineer does some cracking exhaust conversions apparently - will report back on that one if he gets it done.

John show him the one Mr Intruder (Dave) designed, he might get some good thinking from that as a starting point if nothing else. Never seen anyone copy Daves idea yet but it defo only a matter of time for a fact LINK
