Pros and cons to both - each one is a great bike. It's a pity you can't configure yours before purchase e.g. I'd prefer tubeless/cast wheels on the C800 or the chrome headlight on the M800 but that's just me

No its not just you Bluesman ! I would have had the classic if it had those options I think although the upside down forks are pretty cool on the m800. The headlight shroud I am a little uncertain of though but think I can live with that. I really love the classic look of the c800 though the full fenders and the speedo in the tank etc but the wire wheels are a little too much looking after for me.

Bloody hell yeah, between the two bikes you really could have your cake and eat it.

Here she is 1 yr on and 6 thousand miles on the clock (enjoyed every one) been used for work and back all winter and no rust to be seen as yet! shes be crusted with ice some nights and she never fails to start every morning at 5am! sharp !

Thanks! I was feeling a bit sheepish at showing up on here again as its been so long since I posted owt!! My excuse is simply that well damn it yep Im a lazy tw*t :)

Hi Mick ! Yes met twinny and had a good natter with him he's well taken with his m800 he'd only had it two days when I me him up at Squires !
