| I need to top up my oil levels. Can someone recommend a fully synthetic oil for all weather in the UK? | |

| I normally use Motul 10w40 Semi-Synthetic motorcycle oil and change it every 3k or 12 Months, but any decent brand 10w40 motorcycle oil will be ok. it's all down to personal preference, price and availability for the majority of people | |

| Had my bike from very low miles, and at first service, main Suzuki agent used SEMI synthetic, so I guess that endorses what the other guys have said. | |

| I let the dealer change my oil at servicing. Selection of oil's up to them. Suzuki dealer. | |

Yeah but if yer clutch cable needs oiling, I bet you do it yourself don't you Clive No need for semi synthetic in our engines guys .... I use Silkolene 10 - 40W just like Marcin. Oil & filter change together ( and not forgetting the new compression washer for the sump plug )

Following Two Job Mick's comment, I'd like to say that being a lot older now, and just not up to vigorous exercise, I settle for a squirt of WD40 on cables, and a great deal of prayer.

| I have a preference for the fully synthetic Silkolene Comp4 but regular or at least on time oil changes with a cheapo oil will always be preferable to over due oil changes that are done with the finest of oils. | |
