| Hope I'm in the right place with this intro.
Hello to everyone.
I currently have a CBF1000 which I have enjoyed for the past 2 years but the years are catching up with me ( 63 ) and I am hoping something lower and not so top heavy will give me a few more years biking.
I am happy to tootal along and I like the look of the M800 and hope it would be right for me.
My only real concern is would I find the riding position comfortable with feet forward ?
If you have advice or similar experience I would be pleased to hear. | |

| Hello yorky, great to have you on board. I am not the really the right person to give advice on the riding position of the M800 as I ride a C800 but I believe the positioning would be fine. We have many older as well as younger members that ride the m800 and I have never heard any of them say anything negative with regards to the feet & the riding position, some have gone one step further and added the forward controls that put your feet out even further. Good luck with your choice. | |

| Hi Yorky & Like Dave says " some have gone one step further and added the forward controls that put your feet out even further..." I'm one of them - I mainly did it for comfort as I'm very long legged, but I love the riding position. ps mines a M800 too. Good luck in your search! | |

| Hi yorky, I am biased but the M8000 is superb. Love having my feet further forward.....never had any other riding position ;-) | |

| Really comfortable sitting position. Most comfortable bike I've ever had. Get arse ache after solid riding on my other bikes but not on the intruder | |

| Hey Bunso you must have an Arse-o-steel as well!! I love the Intruder but still get arse ache after more than 90 mins in the saddle. ***Special note for Tex & our other Transatlantic friends: Arse = Butt. | |

| Hey Yorky to the site. Feet forward is how you sit on the couch - how much more comfortable do you want to be ??? | |
