Chrome cable tidy

Hi guys have a look at this on ebay.....

Have any of you used it on your bike ? if so what size diameter did you use as there is quite a lot available but in different sizes.

Jim, please don,t fit this to your bike as it will spoil a really classy bike, this was used a lot in the seventies on custom bikes as per the time, regards Doc Cox.

I agree it would look like an add on for the sake of it. I don't think they should be exaggerated any more, sorry but no likey

I'll be controversial and say 'Yeah give it a go' It's a tenner and could make things something a little different from the norm, If it looks crap? Use it as a cable tidy round the back of the TV or bling the kettle cable up a bit, Nothing ventured nothing gained, You might want to look at a larger size for throttle and clutch cables though? 5mm iner diameter isn't very big.

for 5 minutes

then i took it off

ok the gist of it is that its a no goer so I will keep me money in me pocket !!!
