| Hi all i have got my VZ 92% complete and looking at the pipes i want to replace the full system but the pipes are impossible or aborbantly priced i was wondering if there was a way to swap the system for a 99>06 system (goes round the back of the block rather than under the bike .these systems are alot cheaper and more available i have been told i cant but i can not find any definative answers please help if you can | |

| I could have sworn that I had read on here somewhere that later pipes will fit, better stop swearing though as I can't find the bloody info. So it may have been just in conversation or I am not remembering right. I will keep looking though & come back when or if I can find info that could help one way or the other. | |

| Just been looking and found a guy that has swapped a 99 for a 97 but only someone saying that and no proof it happened | |

| I've made that modification and it's a straight forward job. As long as you've got the new type of front pipes, you'll have to remove the toolbox but who needs it | |
