| Nice one john, lovely sound to them. The stock pipes sound fine but the V&H slashcuts sound manly | |

| Can't wait for ride over to chorley at the weekend. Should be heard from miles away with the throttle fully open | |

| Bit to roar & aggressive sounding for me personally but I do like them a lot all the same. | |

| Well over 300 miles done at the weekend and yes they are LOUD, love the sound but had to let go of the throttle twice when police where close but got away with it, what is the legal decibel level for a bike? My mate has the c1800 with long shots with baffles removed and he reckons mine is louder than his, both bikes sounded great going through a tunnel though | |

| John loud pipes take some getting used to after the nearly silent stock pipes, might be worth getting some "quiet baffles" (I presume these are the right ones & bloody cheap), they would make a world of difference if you have no baffles fitted. | |

| My slash cuts have baffles in them but it's my mates 1800 intruder which doesn't, and he is saying mine are louder than his, I like the sound of my staggered slashcuts, could do with someone else riding my bike past me so I can hear them from the publics point of view | |

| Very true, he is hearing your exhaust more than his own. | |
