I'm from North Hants, near the Surrey and Berkshire borders.



I got my VL800 about a year ago and love it (when I get the chance to ride it!).

Alfie I just went to have a look in the Showroom to have a proper look at your bike as it looks so nice but it ain't there.

A question I have is does your tool roll make contact with your front mudgaurd, I can remember someone on here saying theirs did and they only noticed after it had started rubbing. Possibly they had a bigger tool roll?

Crash if you look at Alfie's hello thread you will see some other pics of his bike, although agreed it is always good if they are in the showroom simply for reference!

That was me! I thought there was plenty of clearance between the tool roll and mudgaurd but due to fork compession the gap closed more than I thought it would whilst riding than I thought it would.

Hi sorry for the lack of photos in he showroom this will be remedied shortly just waiting for the weather to change.The tool roll does touch at times have placed some carbon fibre spots on the mudguard to stop any marks appearing.

I may do something very similar to that then as I like it in that place
