Just take care of the strain that your register plate is going to give when vibrating/oscillating back and forth due to size of it, and the stream of air back there. You might still need to further reenforce the fiberglass area, where the license plate bracket is attached.

I think the fiberglass is plenty strong to handle the load, but I will mount the license plate with rubber grommets to take up some of the vibrations.

I received the indicators today, and modified the rear ones right away.

The chrome cover on them looks a bit off when mounted on the fender, and I´ll paint them black for a more subtle look.

This will also make them match the front ones.

Fender project finally complete 

I'll post some better pictures tomorrow, as it was getting dark when I had finished the last wiring.

That is awsum. Bloody good fabricating skills there. Shame about the bloody massive number plates we have to have. Are you going to to Black all the way ie pipes and the likes?

Yeah the number plates suck, and we can't mount them on the side either.

For now I don't plan to do anymore, except getting a new digital speedometer to clean up the look of the front even more, and I think it would suit the bike with a subtle luggage rack, and of course maybe a screen for comfort

Maybe you could get yourself a little business going, making and selling you rear fender?

Yeah, I have thought about making more fenders as I now have a good mold.
But it would still only be the basic fender, leaving it up to the user to modify it to taste.

Wow..... I bought the M800 because I loved the rear fender shape. I didn't think anyone could improve on Mr Suzuki, but you have proved me wrong!! Brilliant!
