| Muc off is an excellent product, just spray it on then wash it off, it may seem to be a little expensive at around £7 for a litre, it does last a long time though as only a small amount is required each clean. | |

| Seeing as I'm a tight wad I've searched eBay and found it a full £1 cheaper and ordered some! Not really for the £1 saving, The seller had a "click & collect" service for picking my purchase up from an Argos of my choice, and seeing as there's one at the top of our street (nearly) I thought I'd give this service a try? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/380931674834?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 | |

| Keep it away from bearings! I used it a lot when mountain biking in winter, it degreased bottom bracket and wheel bearing. | |

| Being a tight arse I've only ever used the £1 shop version. Looks the same but probably is not although it's always cleaned my bikes OK. If anyone gets some of the cheapo stuff, do a test sometime and see how much better the Muc Off is. Ta. I use the £1 shop version of WD40 too - can't see any difference except the cans are half full! | |
