Springer front end/ springer fork (girder front)

Ive always loved springers and they just look so badass.  I am thinking of buying a DNA springer front end for my 97 marauder vz800(bobber), but I have no experience w front end swaps.  How will it fit into the neck? I have been trying to research about but have not found much information on it, does anybody have any experience w front end swaps? would I need a custom fit neck bearing? I can not find much information on the neck stem/bearings on the internet. Thank you. cheers from Houston
