| It'll be fine guys, Hammer away! Don't forget you'll need a pair of grips to twist the bar round to release it, I used a 19mm masonry bit in my sds drill which is equally brutal but requires less effort. | |

| Simple rules are these on fuel injected vl800s:
Higher flowing air file, no problem. Higher flowing exhaust, no problem.
However if you mix the two, you need a fuel injection module added. I know that some have said in the past that they still have the stock exhaust so it will be fine to add a higher flowing air filter but if you tamper with the exhaust. It is in affect making it higher flowing so will need a fuel injection module if. One or the other is fine, no fuelling changes required, but not both any how you do it. | |

| Hiya, I have the fuel injected model and have no FI light lit and no problems with how she starts and runs, I used drawn bar which is smoother and sharpened it in a lathe so it needed hardly any effort to punch the baffle plates or to pull it out after the poking process. I still have the rod of desire if anyone is local and needs to borrow it. Get clubbing away, you will not regret it! | |
