Just bought a 1990 VX800 in Black with 11000 on the clock, happy chap. I also own a 1981 GS650GT. I like my shaft drives.

Nice to see another VX on the forum, mines a '96 model - but is not a tidy as yours ... that is amazing a '90 bike with just 11000miles on the clock - you should get real good service from that

She was imported from Switzeland (I think) in 2003 with 4932km on the clock, she has now done just over 12000 on the clock as I took her out for a spin tonight and got wet!! She has a km/h to mph converter on the speedo, if it was fitted when it was imported that means she has done about 10,150 miles!! I have every receipt and MOT certificate since she has been in the uk.
