| Hi Chris, You might just have to do a 'dry run' & try it out - as a dimensional check might not show up 'lock to lock' steering issues if the dimensional check looks 'just about right'. Don't forget you should readjust your cables on the 'final-fix' .... I mention this as I remember once changing the bars & when I started the bike up the engine was over-revving ..... because I'd forgot to readjust the throttle cable & it was actually slightly 'under load' with the new bars ! ..... At my age there is always something you forget !!!! Yam | |

| Just had a look at the bars you have spoke of and I would say everything will fit fine. Some members swap the M bars off their bikes and fit the C bars and as the ventura hd01 bar isnt much different it should fit without any issues at all

| Hi Chris, I think Alfie92 had to cut an Inch maybe Two, off the end of the VL bars when he fitted them to his M50? I think he routed the cables round the back of the triple tree too? Could be worth checking in the relevant mod section | |

| Well, they would not go on without longer cables. They would need to be about 8" longer! It is the bend in them as the handle part where the switches go is further forward. I checked this myself. So I will be saving for new cables and lines. I have twisted the bars to get them a little closer, but that is as far as I could go. Itried some risers and same peoblem, but not as much. The cable do not have much slack at all. My bike has steel elobows and is a 2012 m50 Aus spec. So it might be valuable info to know this for someone out there. | |

| Hi Chris have you tried re-routing the cables to the front of the trees and cutting the bar ends approx 2"? just a thought this is what I done. | |

| No cutting as the bars were on trial only and I had not paid for them. Even rerouting would not help as there is no slack at all. | |
