| I finally completed all the mods I wanted to do to my Marauder VZ800 since I purchased it 18 months ago. I did all the work myself. Before and after pics of my bike Day of purchase: As it sits as of 9/28/14: List of mods: Drag style headlight HID 5000k headlight conversion LED speedometer and indicator lamps Kuryakyn mirrors with integrated LED turn signals Bullet style smoked lens LED rear turn signals (relocated to the fender bracket) Smoked LED tail light Upgraded turn signal relay and turn signal diode rewire (no resistors needed with this setup) USB charger fitted below the seat Saddleman profiler seat 17t front sprocket 46t rear sprocket Custom built progressive shocks (1.5" lower than stock) Stage 2 re-jet with K&N filters Removed pair valve and cover Custom forward controls Kuryakyn ISO passenger pegs Black painted covers (under the seat) Black painted neck covers Black painted front fender covers Black painted speedometer housing 8" chrome straight handlebar risers 28" 15 degree angle drag bar Kuryakyn black ISO grips Removed reflectors Cobra slash cut drag pipes (on the bike when purchased) Removed baffles and replaced with lollipop baffles Black fiberglass pipe wrap Removed black paint from the bottom half of the engine fins to match the top half Removed all factory stickers from the neck and swing arm MMR relay bypass | |

| Hair dryer and Wf40 left to soak on the glue before wiping off or a product made for such a thing. Easy done. | |

| hello americanjambo im interested in your mod of LED speedometer and indicator lamps was it a big job to do and what type of led bulbs are required as im looking to do this myself, i have done front headlight and tail brake LED ,
im looking at doing the neutral light and blinkers on indicator as in direct sunlight it can be difficult to see the green light

| I know this is a very old post so I'm not sure if you'll read this, but did you do any cable extensions or rerouting? Im looking at fitting a similar handle bar setup to my VZ800 but I have very little experience with wiring. | |
