I bought the Aldi version of the 'intelligent charger' a few years ago (They are on a repeat cycle of 'special buy offers) and it has been a great charger. There are charging modes for car, bike & leisure battery. Also a 'gentle' charge programme for colder weather conditions. A really versatile charger & well worth the money - will do 12v & 6v too !!!!!
Also worth looking out for in Aldi etc .... the stainless parts dishes with a magnetic base ..... very handy for keeping bolts etc. when working on the bike.
That is the dogs it is a battery desulfator as well, I will be there when they open.
Thanks for the Yam, a fellow members opinion is worth its weight in gold.

Got one today, only thing disappointed with is the fact you can't test the like of bulbs and the like with them as they only work with a battery in situ, look well made and the clips are nice and beefy.

Got a couple yesterday, one for me & one for Doc Cox. They look bloody good, put one on a duff battery last night, will do a lot of testing with it over the next few weeks to see what it can do. At first glance looks like a spot on product at a great price with loads of great reviews all over the net.

I bought one of these, I am very impressed with it. Seems like your getting an expensive charger at a bargain price.

This is a well presented piece of equipment, clear concise instructions on decent paper not some cheap old photostats, the connecting clips and wire are also of a good quality, will be putting it on test later to see how well the desulphater part works, also this has the German TUV test marking and the Germans don,t give these out lightly, thanks to Dave and Margaret for picking this up for me, see you later guys, Regards Doc Cox
