Warranty and new exhaust

Am thinking of replacing the stock exhausts on my M800 possibly with V & H pipes, but warranty has twelve months to run and worried this might invalidate any warranty claims. Should I wait until warranty ends ? Would appreciate your views.

I queried this with the dealer I bought my bike off when I put my V&H pipes on. The reply I got was a and that it didn't make any difference to the warranty.

Agreed. 

This is a  grey area, just like insurance companies manufactures will and do use anything to avoid their responsibilities.

Unless the Warranty Claim is directly attributed to the fitting of the aftermarket exhausts there should be no problem at all.

No way will replacing pipes void a warrantee, bloody hell all dealers will do that if asked and that would open them all up for law suits if it did
