My name is David, I'm from Lisbon, Portugal.

I'm on my 3rd bike so far, yet this is the first that isnt a racing bike, and I'm loving it. Always loved the look of cruisers.

Got a 1997 vz800 Marauder recently.

Thanks for the welcome guys. 
Is this group mostly based in the US or UK or just everywhere? 

Also, I'm currently looking at making some changes to the exhaust (and maybe intake as well) and so that I dont start asking the same stupid noob questions  we all get tired of in forums, can you guys point me towards some sticky topics? 

Mainly Im trying to figure out if I want to get some slipons to replace the stock (<>) cans or some custom drag pipes.

I already looked through some of the topics on the exhaust section, and roughly, the sound im looking for is like Bluesmans first vid on here:

Though I want my bike to last a good long time, so Im just worried about the "non-stock" effect on the motor, in the long term, etc.
