| Cheers John, I see you have a VZ800 too, do you know how to get the front brake pads out? Bought a fresh set coz front brake is a bit poor and can't figure out how to get the caliper clear of the wheel to change the pads, might have to resort to a Haynes manual, any ideas? | |

| Welcome Dave, would love to see some pics of your bike with the flat bars. I am not a lover of the standard bars on my 97 Marauder. | |

| Thanks for welcome's and ideas, got brake pads out now and found reason for poor braking was a stuck piston which I have hopefully sorted. Here's a pic of my bike before I picked it up (Ebay pic) | |

Getting the front calliper off the disc can be tricky but do able. My other half found it difficult at first but once he had taken it off a few times it becomes easier. If it's not been off the bike for a while might be best to replace the oil and bleed the brakes at the same time as it makes life a lot easier when it's all greased up and free for next time you have to take it off. | |

| Dave, take a look at the row of icons in the top of the box where you type your posts. Look for the Youtube icon. Then click on the third icon to the left of the Youtube one, it opens a box with a browse tab. Click the browse tab and it will allow you to access files on your computer, navigate to the picture you want to post click on it and then click open. The filename should now appear in the box after the browse button, leave the size at default 800 px width (for forums) and click Host. Your picture should now upload and appear in your post shortly after you click send. | |
