Hand guards/wind deflectors

HI folks,

I'm looking for a pair of hand guards for my C800B, as it is almost completely black I would like to keep this theme going.  My biggest problem is that I appear to be having problems sourcing hand guards for my bike.  To date the only ones that I have found are http://www.customcruisers.com/Custom2005/customshop2005/contents/en-uk/p6661.html from Custom Cruisers. I would like to get a pair of black ones to go with the bike (maybe I'm being too fussy). If I have to make them then does anybody have any tips regarding the specs for the acrylic (min thickness etc)?

I think the ones in your link actually look pretty neat and tidy, I'd be tempted to get them and try a good quality tint film to get the colour you want.

Stein's just tinted his screen , looks pretty damn good
