hi all ive got my engine back in and cleaned the carbs but I notice there isn't any plugs on the carb manifolds to connect my balancer, do I use the breather pipes ! looked on you tube but it dosent show you were to plug them only how to balance them. Thanks Ian

If its the same as on my old VX800, you take a screw out on the side of the carb and screw in a brass tube that should come with the vacuum gauges and then connect the rubber pipe from the Vacuum Gauge.

This might help http://www.stevepedwards.com/MotorbikeTinkering/vx800-carb-balance/

Hi I looked in my Haynes manual and it says remove vacuum hoses from the fittings on the carb and plug in gauge ! it that the hoses from the top of the carb that runs along the rubber boots, if so shouldn't they have plugged ends. ian
