Right handle bar switch

Hi I brought my 92 vs800 witch had the left switch replaced and the right as a spare, long story short I had to cut the right ones wire's to get it off, not a problem I thought I've got a spare, big mistake. The spare is new but its for a 2001/5 model. It has the wrong throttle fittings and the wire's are different ie the new one has 4 wires on the start button and 3 on the hazard switch and 2 for the kill switch But the old one has 2 for the starter and 4 to turn the lights on and 2 on the kill. Question, is it possible to wire it up to work or does anybody have the correct one to swap or sell. Mine is a VS800 Model VS52A. Ian
