v&h short shots

Just fitted v&h short shorts they were very loud & as I didn't want to p**s off the neighbours too much I got my hands on some Harley quiet baffles, bit of cutting & welding and this is what it sounds like

Don't wanna scare you mate but what's that silver stuff blowing out of the ends of the pipes when you rev it ? ........ can anyone else see it, or is it just me ??

Is it swarf from the drilling & cutting ?

Yep that's just what it was Simbo, it was the first time I had started it & it was just some lose wadding
